If you remember, I've been complaining quite a bit about my weight and my lack of exercise. This is mainly attributed to my being lazy and full of excuses. I have a gym membership and enough knowledge about healthful cooking to start loosing weight but as you know, life happens and weight loss doesn't.
I've been thinking about how to best approach this weight loss business, aka: how to get rid of the rolls that surround me and the extra chin I've been sporting. I've read many blogs on weight loss and loved them all. I wish I could list them here but I can't even make a decision on which are the best!
So, anyway, I decided to start my own new blog, Back to Skinny, in which I will document the process.
Please stop by and check it out. I haven't posted much yet, as it takes me a million years to decide on the design first. I have some posts saved but I have to work on them a bit.
